TIM-SPE-417
Black Archive Dust is a fine black particulate substance recovered from the interior of a coat pocket following an unexplained navigation event within the northern preservation sectors. The material appeared immediately after exposure to an undocumented corridor leading to a circular chamber containing preservation ledgers and an unidentified journal. Subsequent attempts to locate the corridor were unsuccessful and no corresponding architectural space could be identified within known Archive plans. The recovered material resembles ash or extremely fine dust but displays physical characteristics inconsistent with ordinary environmental deposits found elsewhere in the Archive. No significant quantity has been recovered beyond the original sample. The substance represents the only surviving physical evidence associated with the undocumented corridor event and remains one of the few tangible artifacts linked to a location that cannot presently be rediscovered.
