SCA-LOC-001
A previously undocumented circular chamber rediscovered beneath the western preservation vaults following structural failures and widespread sigil degradation events. The chamber predates surrounding archive construction and is accessed through a concealed corridor marked with spiral and geometric preservation symbols. Extensive damage is present throughout the structure including shattered containment pillars broken chains fractured threshold carvings and partially collapsed sigil arrays. Surviving markings suggest the chamber originally functioned as a protected containment sanctuary rather than a prison. The central platform displays evidence of long-term occupation by a large unidentified entity now catalogued separately as the Sigil Warden. Recent observations indicate dormant preservation systems within the chamber have begun reactivating and damaged sigils throughout connected corridors appear to be reforming without direct intervention. The location is believed to be connected to deeper foundation structures beneath the archive. Investigation remains ongoing.

DETAILS
Handling and Restrictions:
Do not alter reforming sigils. Access restricted pending structural and symbolic analysis. No restoration efforts to be undertaken without further study.

Keeper Notes:
Location remains under active investigation. Chamber appears to serve an ongoing preservation function. Rehoming not applicable.
Broken Sigil Chamber
Access Level:
Restricted
Period:
Unknown Antiquity
Recovery Location
Lower western foundations beneath the preservation vaults.
Condition:
Structurally stable despite extensive historical damage. Active sigil regeneration observed.
Notable Characteristics
Ancient spiral sigils. Geometric preservation markings. Shattered containment architecture. Autonomous sigil regeneration. Evidence of long-term occupation by a large semi-corporeal entity.
Clio Observation
Clio led the Archivist directly to the chamber and displayed familiarity with the location while remaining alert throughout exploration.
Muninn Observation
Muninn gathered chalk fragments and black thread prior to rediscovery and continues reinforcing spiral patterns associated with the chamber throughout occupied archive areas.
