A low-level environmental anomaly observed within the Western Maritime Reading Room following periods of storm activity and bell-related archive events. The phenomenon manifests as structured condensation patterns forming across maritime window glass despite stable internal temperatures and environmental conditions inconsistent with natural moisture accumulation. During the primary observation cycle condensation developed into curved linear formations resembling incomplete navigational charts coastlines routes or topographical markings. Similar geometric tendencies have been noted in previous archive phenomena involving thread spirals constellation arrangements preservation diagrams and botanical growth patterns. Current evidence suggests the formations may represent informational displays rather than ordinary environmental effects. The phenomenon appears most frequently during periods of archive calm following heightened anomalous activity suggesting a possible relationship to stabilization cycles or keeper-guidance systems. No complete map has yet been recorded before natural dissipation occurs.

DETAILS
Handling and Restrictions:

Photograph and sketch all formations before disturbance. Windows displaying active patterns are not to be cleaned until documentation is complete. Environmental measurements must accompany observations.

Keeper Notes:

Appears non-hostile and potentially communicative. May represent another archive self-guidance mechanism intended to assist keeper navigation or memory recovery.

Period:
Late Summer
Recovery Location
Western Maritime Reading Room.
Condition:

Active intermittent manifestation.

Notable Characteristics

Map-like condensation structures. Repeating curvature patterns. Formation during calm intervals. Strong correlation with maritime archive spaces and western-facing windows.

Clio Observation

Clio remained calm throughout manifestation periods and frequently occupied observation positions beneath active window formations.

Muninn Observation

Muninn maintained prolonged observation of the sea immediately before formation events and often vacated the area shortly after patterns appeared.
