TIM-DOC-628
The Seventh Descent Catalogue Fragment is a surviving indexing note recovered from the earliest foundation preservation records. The fragment was discovered among archival volumes from which multiple pages had been carefully removed long before current cataloguing practices were established. Most associated text is unreadable or missing. One surviving line remains legible: The seventh descent was sealed after the water answered. No accompanying explanation location reference or supporting documentation survives within the remaining records. Examination indicates the missing pages were removed deliberately rather than through deterioration. The fragment represents the earliest known Archive reference to a numbered descent associated with water activity and formal sealing procedures. The meaning of the phrase remains unresolved though terminology corresponds with recurring references to lower foundations submerged structures maritime anomalies and restricted access points documented elsewhere in the Archive.
