UNC-PHE-041
A transient observational phenomenon documented during routine evening activity within the upper conservatory. Following several hours of rainfall and atmospheric disturbance an unidentified luminous structure was observed moving silently beyond cloud cover above the archive. The object appeared geometric rather than biological and was only partially visible through heavy weather conditions. No associated sound vibration or environmental disturbance accompanied the sighting. Shortly afterward an untouched cup of tea prepared from chamomile lavender and dried citrus displayed stellar reflections inconsistent with the visible night sky. Reflected star patterns did not correspond to observable celestial conditions beyond the observatory windows. Event was witnessed during a period of reduced anomalous activity following restoration of the Preservation Chamber. Physical samples preserved. Sketches photographs and environmental notes archived for future investigation. Further understanding currently unknown.

DETAILS
Handling and Restrictions:
Preserve associated tea service photographs sketches and environmental records. Future recurrence should be documented immediately.

Keeper Notes:
Observational event rather than a relocatable object. Rehoming not applicable.
Star Reflection Tea Service
Access Level:
Active Observation
Period:
Current Archive Era
Recovery Location
Upper Conservatory beside the fountain.
Condition:
Phenomenon concluded. Preserved physical materials stable.
Notable Characteristics
Non-corresponding stellar reflections. Geometric aerial structure. Atmospheric silence. Reflection behavior inconsistent with local sky conditions.
Clio Observation
Clio displayed alert observation during atmospheric silence and monitored the sky immediately prior to manifestation.
Muninn Observation
Muninn ceased modification of existing thread spirals and remained focused on the sky throughout the event.
