TIM-DOC-552
The Uncatalogued Warning Note is a small handwritten document recovered from within a damaged maritime recovery ledger during routine restoration work. The note contains a single sentence written in faded black ink: When the bells begin do not answer the water. No date classification markings accession number or author identification accompany the document. Extensive examination of adjacent ledgers revealed no additional pages or related material. The handwriting does not correspond to any immediately identifiable Archive record. Despite its ordinary appearance the note produced a strong sense of familiarity and recognition during recovery. The document appears intentionally placed rather than accidentally stored. Its purpose remains unknown though its wording bears possible relevance to recurring references involving bells water and maritime anomalies documented elsewhere within the Archive.
