TIM-DOC-563

The Water-Damaged City Fragment is a torn section of heavily deteriorated paper recovered by Muninn and delivered directly to the Archive study. Most of the document has been rendered illegible through extensive water exposure aging and material loss. Only three surviving words remain readable: The city waits. No signature date classification markings accession references or contextual information survive on the fragment. Material analysis suggests the paper predates modern Archive cataloguing systems and may originate from records significantly older than surviving administrative documentation. The fragment appears to have been separated from a larger document though no matching pages have been identified. Despite minimal surviving content the wording demonstrates possible thematic connections to ongoing investigations involving maritime records bell phenomena submerged architectural references and recurring unidentified locations documented elsewhere within the Archive.
