UNC-PHE-531
An infrastructure-scale anomaly manifesting as silver-white mineral tide lines appearing along western archive corridors at elevations inconsistent with any documented flooding event. The residue forms continuous flood-like markings across stone walls lantern brackets support columns and maritime hall entrances despite surrounding surfaces remaining physically dry. Height measurements exceed known storm surge levels and in several locations indicate apparent water depths incompatible with archive architecture. During bell manifestations the residue has been observed exhibiting wave-like motion beneath direct lantern illumination. Localized seawater condensation events have occurred near active markings without identifiable moisture sources. Several sections contain impressions resembling fingerprints pressed from within the mineral deposits rather than onto them. Historical maintenance records contain no corresponding flood reports despite evidence suggesting repeated inundation cycles. The anomaly is presently interpreted as either a residual environmental memory event or a manifestation connected to deeper maritime systems beneath the archive.

DETAILS
Handling and Restrictions:
Direct scraping prohibited. Samples may only be collected from detached material. Bell-period observation requires dual-observer documentation. Western corridor monitoring recommended during storms.

Keeper Notes:
Expansion rate unknown. Markings appear connected to ongoing bell activity and maritime anomalies beneath the archive. Continued documentation prioritized over removal.
Western Hall Flood Marks
Access Level:
Restricted Observation
Period:
Late Summer
Recovery Location
Western Navigation Corridors and Maritime Access Halls.
Condition:
Active and expanding.
Notable Characteristics
Silver-white residue. Impossible tide elevations. Dry surfaces exhibiting flood evidence. Apparent wave motion during bell events. Internal fingerprint impressions.
Clio Observation
Clio remains unusually close to active residue zones and refuses to proceed deeper into western corridors during bell activity.
Muninn Observation
Muninn maintains observation positions above affected hallways and displays heightened attention toward lower maritime access points during residue manifestations.

Research Notes:
Correlation observed between bell manifestations and increased residue activity. Preliminary comparison suggests geometric similarity between residue patterns and maritime alignment maps. Relationship to Sealed Maritime Vault remains unresolved. Further investigation required.
