UNC-SPE-247
The Wet Black Feathers are a small group of unusually large black feathers delivered to the Archive kitchen by Muninn during a documented foundation disturbance event. The feathers appeared immediately following reports of seawater odors anomalous pressure sounds within the pipe network candle dimming and the appearance of unexplained human footprints near the lower stairwell. The specimens were saturated with moisture despite no visible source and differ noticeably from Muninn's own plumage in both size and structure. Preliminary examination revealed no obvious signs of decay contamination or ordinary environmental damage. The origin of the feathers remains unknown. Their appearance coincided with multiple environmental anomalies associated with eastern foundation investigations and lower Archive activity. The specimens have been preserved pending further identification and comparison with existing avian and non-avian reference collections.
